This final evaluation report assesses Phase II of the project titled ‘Building Strong Families and Sustainable Future’, executed by The Himalayan Innovative Society (THIS) and funded by Forget Me Not Australia Limited.
The evaluation team conducted field visits across target municipalities in Kathmandu and Chitwan to evaluate project relevancy, efficiency, effectiveness, inter-agency coordination, and institutional governance. The report details financial compliance with General and Project Agreements, fixed asset management, internal control systems, and policy recommendations for long-term project sustainability and child protection.
