This evaluation report presents the final assessment of the PERCAV project, executed by the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA Nepal) and funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

The evaluation team assessed project interventions aimed at restoring and bolstering the economic resilience of vulnerable communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic across Nepal. The report covers operational efficiency, beneficiary sustainability, financial adherence to General and Project Agreements, and institutional recommendations.
